Management systems
Operations, inventory, collections and account statements. Built on the way your company actually runs, not on a generic model of it.
We design and build tailor‑made systems for companies operating in Mexico. No templates, no modules you never open.
Seven systems in production today · point of sale · hotel PMS · case files · chargebacks
We answer within one business day, with nothing attached. We work in English and Spanish.
Services
Four lines of work. All four start the same way: understanding how your people work before a single line of code gets written.
Operations, inventory, collections and account statements. Built on the way your company actually runs, not on a generic model of it.
PMS and revenue tools for hotels and condo‑hotels: bookings, occupancy, owners and the monthly payout each one is owed.
Digital case files with version history, search and access you control, for law firms, accountants and corporate teams.
We get your data out of the system you are stuck with, and connect the tools you already pay for so they stop working in isolation.
Samples
Four sample screens, from four different systems. They are here to show the shape of the thing: on a real project, each one is drawn around the operation of whoever has to use it. The data is invented.
One row per unit, one column per night. Selling a lock-off blocks the units inside it, and the other way around too: two bookings never land on the same night.
Charging at the counter with stock coming down in the same movement, and the drawer reconciled at closing without anyone adding up receipts by hand.
Every deal in its stage, with what was promised, who promised it and when to call back. Nothing lives inside one person's head.
For the people who work on their feet: the housekeeper, the technician, the driver. What they capture on the phone shows up on the office desktop the moment they tap it.
We also build accounting and invoicing, case files for law firms, staff and attendance control, document management, assistants that answer on WhatsApp, and integrations with the systems a company already runs. If your line of work is not on this list, that is usually a good sign: it means no off-the-shelf product fits it.
In production
These are not portfolio pieces. They are our systems opening every morning, with real users and real data.
Each one grew out of a different operation. Not one of them is the same system wearing a different logo.
Questions
The questions that come up on the first call, answered before you have to ask them.
01How long does a system take?
It depends on the scope, which is why the first job is to narrow it down. We do not hand over the whole system at once: the part that solves the most expensive problem goes into production first, gets used with real data, and the rest is built on top of that. The operation starts getting something useful long before the project ends.
02Who owns the code and the data?
The client does. The database can be exported in full, in a format another provider can read, whenever it is requested, and we document how it is organised. If one day you decide to work with someone else, we hand over what is needed to make that move possible.
03How do you charge?
By defined project and in stages, not by open hour. Before quoting we talk to the people who run the process every day, because the price depends on the real scope rather than on a list of features. We discuss the detail privately, with the context of each operation in front of us.
04What if my operation changes later?
It adapts. A custom system is built on business rules that live inside the process rather than scattered through the code, so changing them does not mean rebuilding everything. Operations changing is normal; the system has to be able to follow.
05Do I have to drop the systems I already use?
Not necessarily. If invoicing, the point of sale or accounting already work, integrating them is usually wiser than replacing them. Before proposing anything we look at what is worth keeping.
06How do I know if I need a system or a spreadsheet is enough?
The signal is not company size, it is repetition: when the same figure gets typed in three places, when month-end close is spent reconciling differences, or when the operation depends on one person being available. If something simpler solves it, we say so, even when that means a smaller project for us.
